After 21 years of dedicated service to the City of Norwich, Captain Scott Suplita worked his last shift Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Captain Suplita was not only a leader on the fireground but a strong advocate for the members of Local 892 as well. He served as the Vice President of the Local for many years as well as serving as an employee representative on the City's Personnel and Pension Board. The members of Local 892 thank Captain Suplita for his hard work and dedication. We wish him a happy, long, and healthy retirement!
